Internet Marketing Research
Website and Internet Marketing Report
The report is especially useful because it
will also contain clear, easily understandable explanations of each of the
points it covers. This is a convenient way to broaden your knowledge of
the internet marketing process - enabling you to be more confident, have
better control over, and to better assist us in the creation and
management of your internet marketing efforts.
Firstly, through an interview and/or
questionnaire, it's vital for us to better understand the general nature
of your business. We'll learn about where you're currently at, and where
you're heading towards - and what timeframes, budgetary constraints and
other factors we'll need to consider.
Next in the process, we'll work with you
define preliminary keywords - which we'll then expand upon, research and
analyse to discover the correct blend of popularity and competitiveness
for your needs.
We'll also conduct an overview of your
competition and its intensity. This will be done both from the perspective
of several PPC (Pay Per Click) engines, and through surveying the level of
their 'optimisation' - in respect to link popularity / quality, prevalence
in various engine, keyword and content structure and more.
An Important Note About our Website
Design Critique
There will also be a focus upon the actual
website design itself. We'll provide suggestions that you can either add
to a current website, or design into a future website. At this level,
we'll offer sensible and thought provoking critique on several points that
seem to be a real issue.
Please note, that unlike some
other website critique services, our report is NOT meant to give you a
'blow-by-blow' analysis of 50 or more predefined issues. Rather than this
'blanket' approach, we'll work to highlight several of the more salient or
important issues, so you know where to direct your main efforts. Our
recommendations take into account your website budget, the size of you
business and your future website plans. We trust that you'll find this
much more economical, practical and useful.
>> It is also our belief that (for
generally well designed websites) true 'usability' or design-change
recommendations need to be made in conjunction with the running of a web
metrics program. >> It is not always so easy to be certain whether one
style, or positioning of links, graphics, navigation structure or call to
action etc. achieves an overall better result than another, outside of a
thoughtful web metrics framework.
